Raspberry sorbet
With only three simple ingredients, this easy to put together, chilled raspberry sorbet will surely be the go-to recipe for you and the kids this summer.
Ingredients2 cups frozen raspberries 2 tbspn maple syrup 1 egg white |
MethodStep 1. Combine berries, maple syrup and egg white in a high speed blender. Step 2. Pour into a container and freeze until firm. Step 3. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Serves 2. |
