Green avocado and spinach smoothie with grapes
Drink up this deliciously health-boosting smoothie for an energising combo of avocado and grapes, topped with spinach for a vitamin K kick.

MethodStep 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and lift the flesh out of the skin. Then, sort and wash the spinach. Peel the kiwis, cut off four nice slices and roughly chop the rest. Step 2. Wash the grapes, pluck them from the stems and thread eight onto four wooden skewers along with the kiwi slices. Step 3. Blend the avocado, spinach, chopped kiwis, the remaining grapes, orange juice and about 500ml of cold water in a blender until very smooth. If necessary, add a little more water. Step 4. Pour into glasses (approx. 400ml), sprinkle with cress and serve immediately. Serves 4. |
