Sally’s Acai What You Did There Bowl
Upgrade your breakfast with this delicious bowl of berry goodness from Sally Obermeder. Sprinkle with your fave healthy toppings and you’re good to go.
Ingredients
- 220 g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
Chia Pudding Layer
- 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened coconut milk (carton variety)
- 2 tbs desiccated (shredded) coconut
- 3 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tsp stevia
Acai Layer

Method
Step 1.
Put all the ingredients for the chia pudding in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to set in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or, better yet, overnight.
Step 2.
Roughly chop the mixed berries and mash with a fork. Put the berries as the base layer at the bottom of two jars (or glasses). Spoon the chia pudding over the base layer.
Step 3.
Blend the frozen acai berries in a food processor or blender and layer over the chia pudding.
Step 4.
Garnish with your desired toppings. Try millet puffs, desiccated or shredded coconut, fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
