Mixed Berry and Almond Breakfast Parfait
This parfait is a delicious breakfast treat that tastes as good as it looks! Loaded with heart-healthy nuts and seeds and served with fresh berries, it’s an epic way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almonds, plus few extra chopped to garnish
- 1/2 cup macadamias
- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbs sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Coconut yogurt, to serve

Method
Step 1.
In a small bowl, combine the nuts and seeds and mix well to combine.
Step 2.
In a separate small bowl combine the berries and mix well to combine.
Step 3.
To serve, in a wide glass or jar, layer the mixed nuts and seeds, berries and coconut yogurt until full to the top, finishing with the yogurt and a few extra chopped almonds to garnish.
