This week on the show – it’s all about the men in our lives as we celebrate Men’s Health Week. And what better way to kick it off than with a wellbeing programme designed specifically for busy dads. Putting their own health second in order to put family first, forced two young Melbourne dads to change things up. They run us through their tailored program to get busy dads back in the wellbeing driver’s seat, where they can support their families as well as themselves.

Former Wests Tigers NRL star Chris Lawrence chats life after league and his mission to empower athletes. After a successful rugby league career, Chris now focuses on guiding other athletes during and after their careers – both physically and mentally.

Humans have around 5,000,000 hair follicles covering almost the entire body and every day we lose between 50 and 100 hairs from our head. We all suffer the fallout, but why do men generally lose more hair than women? Our resident Dr Nick Carr untangles the facts on hair loss.

And it’s not Men‘s Health Week without a contribution from Gotcha4Life’s Gus Worland. He joins NRL & ARU Player Wendell Sailor, AFL great Jude Bolton and KIIS FM’s presenter Will McMahon with their collective thoughts on what this special week honouring men’s health means to them.

One of our many sporting hopefuls heading to Japan is Judo champion Nathan Katz. He’s off the mat and in the firing line as he faces our quick fire 60-second slam.
