Melon balls and Mozzarella

Give your summer entertaining an unexpected twist. Plus, this fun snack is ready in just two simple steps.

Ingredients

160g watermelon flesh

80g Parma ham; 8 thin slices

30g basil; approx. 16 leaves

125g mini Mozzarella balls; approx. 8 balls

freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

Method

Step 1.

Cut the watermelon into eight cubes, thread each onto a small wooden skewer with a slice of Parma ham, two basil leaves and a mini Mozzarella ball.

Step 2.

Arrange on a plate, grind over some black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Serves 4.
