Recipe: Hot ginger and turmeric drink

MethodStep 1. Peel the ginger and turmeric root, and grate. Divide between four 250 ml glasses. Step 2. Divide the agave syrup and lemon juice between the glasses. Step 3. Pour 150 to 200ml of hot water into each glass, stir and leave to infuse by covering for about 3 to 4 minutes. Step 4. Adjust the sweetness to taste and serve. Serves 4. |
