Morning Matcha Latte
Bursting with antioxidant-rich greens, this refreshing matcha frappe is guaranteed to get your day off to a good start.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup matcha tea
- 1 cup kale leaves
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ½ cup cucumber
- 1 tbs Bioglan spirulina powder
- 1 lime
- Ice to serve (optional)

Method
Step 1.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
Step 2.
Serve in a chilled glass with a squeeze of lime.
