Ingredients1 dozen oysters 1 pink grapefruit, skin removed, finely diced 1 red chill, finely sliced 1 cucumber, de-seeded and finely chopped ½ tbsp coconut water 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped 1 tsp lime zest freshly cracked salt and pepper |
